Hold onto your jerseys, folks! Kristaps Porziņģis and his long legs finally returned to the court as the Boston Celtics tangoed with the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center. After missing eight games, Porziņģis popped back on the scene, leading the Celtics to a photo-finish 115-113 victory that had fans clutching popcorn bags a little tighter than usual.
The game started with Porziņģis doing his thing as the Celtics’ lone skyscraper, and Jayson Tatum slamming in some sweet mid-range shots. Even Sam Hauser stepped out like he was auditioning for the lead in a basketball musical, swishing corner triples like they were going out of style.
