Epic Night: Gaga Hosts and Grooves SNL Stage…

Lady Gaga brought her A-game to “Saturday Night Live” on March 8, juggling both hosting and musical guest duties like a pro from outer space! The Mother Monster had everyone in stitches with her quirky sketches and sizzling performances, taking fans on a wild, glittery ride. Gaga, or Stefani Germanotta if you’re on a formal basis, first tackled this challenge in 2009, and it seems like she’s just getting warmed up.

The show kicked off with a rip-roaring political sketch featuring James Austin Johnson as President Trump hilariously roasting Marco Rubio. Mike Myers made us do a double-take reappearing as Elon Musk, sneaking in some “Dr. Evil” charm like it was 1999. Myers even joked about seeing his billions shrink more than a wool sweater in a hot dryer.

But nobody stole the spotlight like Gaga, belting out new tracks from her album “Mayhem” and owning the “Weekend Update” desk. Throw in a Kenan Thompson sighting as a very Boston-friendly Kendrick Perkins, and you’ve got pure TV magic. Get your laughs and jams a la Gaga – re-watch those sketches and shake it off with a cup of musical nostalgia!
