Holiday’s Hoops Hijinks and White’s Wizardry…

The Celtics went from Thunder bust to Miami must by smacking down the Heat with a cool 103-91 win, making it their sixth straight victory over Miami since Game 3 of the 2024 Playoffs. With Jrue “Holiday Cheer” scoring a season-high 25 points, the Celtics had much to celebrate. From pulling off impressive three-pointers to coming to Tatum’s rescue during the team’s early struggles, Holiday had the court lighting up like a Christmas tree.

The Celtics burst onto the scene with a streak of swoosh-tastic three-pointers, opening up a fabulous 14-4 lead. Jrue Holiday delivered a spark, scoring 10 of the Celtics’ first 16 points quicker than you can say β€œslam dunk!” Miami had no Jimmy Butler to heat things up, and it showed. Maybe a heating repair service is in order for the Heat since they missed their first three-pointer until the end of the quarter.

The second half was all about Derrick White, who hit three-point beauties from afar, leaving Heat’s defense looking bamboozled. Boston’s defense kept Miami in the cooler with only 5 of their 20 shots dropping in the fourth. Tatum sealed the victory with a corner three, ensuring Bostonians will enjoy their green pride until they face the Brooklyn Nets. Bring on the hoops hilarity!
