Boston eyes win as D.C. visits the Garden
The Boston Celtics (3-5) host the Washington Wizards (1-6) tonight at TD Garden, aiming to end their skid and extend an eight-game streak over D.C. Opponents rebound like it’s their full-time job, but Boston has home advantage—and hopefully a better three-point compass this time.
With Jayson Tatum still out rehabbing his Achilles, Joe Mazzulla’s crew must outwork the Wizards on the boards. Or at least grab enough rebounds to make the stats guy finally stop sighing into his clipboard.
