White shines, Brown hurt, and Minott steals the show
Boston’s preseason wrapped with as many twists as a Fenway pretzel. Derrick White was everywhere—scoring 33 with four blocks—while Jaylen Brown looked strong before a hamstring scare. Newcomer Josh Minott impressed, Hugo Gonzalez earned a B+, and Payton Pritchard’s passing zipped like Wi-Fi finally working at TD Garden.
With preseason grades in, Boston marches into 2025 ready for tip-off…and hopefully fewer connection issues.
